TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL NEOSIS, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY FINANCIAL LOSSES, DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF OUR DATA OR SERVICES. Use our services entirely at your own risk.
These terms and your use of the Website are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
